The town of two dragons
This town is a beautiful comunity were anyone is safe during the day,
anyone may do as they please and live a peacefull life
At night though things may get violent but its not to worry because when you move in you are requested to fill papers and amongst the questions is the choice of whether to belong to the day the night or both.

Daily itinerary
Day week.-
Monday: Mondays star weeks of there are the first days of school and most small business open after a rest on sunday
Tuesday: Tuesdays are usually rush days
Wednesday: Wednesdays are when most business have specials as a deal signed by the day B.N.A. (business negotiation agency)
Thursday: On thursdays all the librarys, clubs and rec centers have activities
Friday: The end of the week schools are out early most people go out for some fun before the night time arrives.
Saturday: Saturdays are usually family days and the last days of work for small businesses
Sunday: That is a resting day and a religious day
Night week.-

Weekends are the best, since i dont have to go to school i sleep most of the day just to wake up to eat do something with my family and then go out with my friends at night

I love the night time even though i have to stay out of the most dangerous places of the town i can still go to the clubs, the street races, and my favorite the junkyard in that place me and my friends load cars with paper and trash and then we throw a molotov at it.

Man this town is a riot i love that my parents let me be part of the town as a member of both clans of course i have rules about it but its still pretty awesome.
I like the high school here the one of the last place we lived in was pretty dull and boring, here the classes have lots of activities and here PE isn't called PE its called "street survival" and they teach us how to run from attackers how to block hits its pretty cool.

Invitation to friends and family
To my brother.
Hey man whats up, its all been cool down here at the two-towns you wouldn't belive what days we've had these last few days.
First like two days ago i saw on the news that some gang got carried away and threw a molotov at one of polices armed cars.
Second yesterday at work i cooked for a big birthday party but they wouldn't let me leave because even though im a red-eyes as much as a blue-eyes the rich people were afraid of being robbed you should have seen their faces.
These place is just awesome how it mixes good and evil and if your part of only one day time or part of both its your choice ain't that awesome

Governing body
The way the town is governed is simple
There's s mayor during the day, but even though hes laws apply to the town at all times during the night only gangs and things of the such matter.
There is of course police men going around but they don't protect the people they just make sure the rules about property are followed

List of Rules
1.-There are two times to be signaled trough town by a bell chime
2.-Things such as grudges shall not be passed from one time to another
3.-People may chose if they only want to belong to one of the clans
4.-The clans are the blue eyed and red eyed no more no less
5.-Privacy most be respected on the homes
6.-Buildings shall not be damaged
7.-Property of other shall be respected unless they expose it ass something of the night time
8.-Police men shall not be bothered during any hours specially the night times

The blue eyed and red eyed dragons (form the yu-gi-oh! series) are a perfect example of what our town is and they follow the yin and yang motto
In reality the red eyed dragon is good though it looks malevolent and the blue eyed dragon is evil even though it looks pure and nice.

This meaning that when things trouble you during the day time you cant do anything about it but at night time one can let it out

We proudly reject the usual declaration of independence and add the rules of our anarchy accepting town
The rules are stated and must be followed or punishment or execution shall come to pass to those who do not fallow (depending of their time of day)

Name of utopian-dystopoian society
The name of my perfect society is the town of two-dragons.
In this pecuiliar place the rules are a bit hard to understand but simple to follow (on my point of view atleast)
Its name the town of two-dragons because it has two times to be
